"A contract was drawn and services were agreed upon after 1 and 1/2 days of work they told my girlfriend they were done and left. I got home that day and checked the work and found that only half the items on the contract were completed. I contacted the rep and after discussing the situation we altered the work and contract. I have yet to see the intended results from the work but the company is easy to work with."

"It went great. They were on time with all scheduling. They air sealed all of our duct work and added insulation into the attic. We were having major problems with our bathroom being cold in the winter and hot in the summer and my bathroom was finally a comfortable temperature during the last cold front. For your safety, you should always wear a mask when cutting batts of fiberglass insulation. We also recommend wearing eye protection, safety gloves, and long sleeves to protect your skin. Properly suiting up helps you avoid several fiberglass issues, such as cuts from the tiny shards of glass and inhaling small bits of fiberglass.

Cellulose insulation is usually made from recycled paper products, such as old newspapers, but cellulose might also contain recycled denim. While most homeowners traditionally buy cellulose insulation to use for installation, it is possible to make your own at home with old newspapers, cardboard, a paper shredder, and boric acid (important for fireproofing your cellulose insulation materials).

We do not recommend fiberglass insulation for soundproofing purposes, especially if you are working on a room that’s part of your living space. Fiberglass insulation is dangerous, and the installation process is hazardous. It is also harmful to the environment. When there are so many newer, healthier non-fiberglass alternatives in the market, the lower cost of fiberglass insulation simply doesn’t justify the harm and danger it poses.
