We only had to pay $2600, the insurance paid the rest. They could have cleaned up the job site better. Their communication could have been a little bit better, just the details of things.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. I paid about $120 over the price of the deal to clean the rest of the ducts that were not included in the Big Deal. I did not expect this cost. I have never used this company before. They were convenient.
