"Terrible, they came highly recommend and I was in tears by the end of the move. They were over an hour late and did not call to notify me they were running late. They got grease all over my couch and mattress to the point that they are ruined. The scratches several walls, doors, and decking. They were NOT equipped to move the safe although they told me they do it all the time. My beautiful hardwood floors have several deep scratches in them from they way they moved in the safe. Terrible experience and will never use them or recommend them. They also did not wear masks and used very foul language. Very unprofessional."

"They were very helpful and kind, very professional offered to do anything to help. Took a lot of pride in there work and treated my furniture and belongings as if it was there own. I would always recommend you check with MacArthur Moving before anyone else there rates are great and they care so much about you and your things and they go above and beyond what they offer , I have never seen another company take so much pride like this company and protect my things so well and they take all your stress away and make you feel so much at ease.
