Felder's & Felder, Inc. worked with ADK Home Inspections and got more than we expected. Kent is extremely knowledgeable. His home inspection reports are through and extremely helpful for the seller or the buyer. He gives is professional opinion and he works extremely quick. Kent was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. He was very knowledgable and gave valuable information while he was performing the inspection. He sent the report very quickly and it was incredibly detailed. He also included pictures of anything he found and recommendations on how to handle it. His price is super cheap for everything he provides! If you need a home or business inspected, Kent is the one for you.

Everything went really smoothly. I've had a lot of questions along the way and he answered all of them quite thoroughly.
