He is a pleasant individual.  The windows are being installed now and the trim is going into place and we'll need to have him come back when the windows are finished to do some touch up because of construction."

"It went fine.  I had one situation where they put vent on the top of the roof but on backwards and they replaced it. Overall, they did a good job cleaning it but that was a little reckless, I thought, a little careless. They did a good job cleaning the lint out but the only problem I had was the way they put the vent back on. "
