"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"I’ve never been more disappointed in my life. I feel like we have a been ripped off. We have had nothing but problems with our AC every since it was installed in January. They have been out here six or seven times and replaced a part two or three times, and saying they make adjustments. But our electric bill has gone up over $100 since last year. Our AC never shuts off. It is 80° in our house right now and the thermostat is set on 72°. We are ready for them to come take this unit out. Give us our money back and we will get a unit from someone else. This is ridiculous. I would not use Hanson heating and air again ever. I added pictures of our unit and our thermostat that is time stamped to show what it was said on and what it actually in the house. This is after they have been here six times."

Had them come to look at my mini split charged me $190 and provided estimate of $981 to put in 6 lbs of freon, repair damaged section line set install new new liquid line filter drier. Called and ask why charging for 6 gallons when system only requires 4 and they gave lame excuse that didn't want to come back and ask for more money. I said if you use less do I get a credit, he said no. I new this was a dishonest company so called another one. I told them scope of work and they said about $500. They got here checked out system and nothing was wrong, Apparenty service guy from Climate Masters simply tightened a fitting and was operational. They tried to cheat me out of $981 for a system that was operational. This is not a local company anymore as bought out by large greedy corporation. They pretend to be a Mom and Pop operation but that is not the case anymore. AVOID THESE THIEFS! DEC 2024"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"We purchased new inside and outside A/C unit from Service Air in 2021. We also had them put something in our attic for allergens. In 2023, the bulb went out and was replaced under the warranty we purchased separately. The new bulb went out in 2025, still under warranty, and Service Air decided to charge us $359.00 to replace it although it was STILL under warranty. Because of this, I won?t be recommending Service Air to anyone in the future. And will be sure to share my experience with anyone who will listen. Not a reputable company in my experience."
