I highly recommend this company. Hands down the best all around. Kindness is definitely the best name for the company. The compassion they have for their costumers is the most I've ever seen. Speedy service and got us taken care of immediately. The price tag doesn't break the bank either. Very trustworthy and amazing company. Thanks guys for the love and compassion you have for others!!

Joel showed up at the house on time at the end of the day to accommodate us. He was greeted by our three dogs and navigated their friendliness with a smile. To me that was a plus because they can be pushy with visitors. He was thorough, professional, and above all transparent. No big issueâ s, mostly just preventative maintenance on our end. He communicated well and made my wife and myself comfortable with the visit. We will use Joel in the future, hopefully no time soon but I thought enough of our exchange to give him two thumbs up! Thanks again, Joel. We appreciate the services!!

If I could Give 10 Stars I would. Joel went straight to work on diagnosing the CORRECT problem with our Up-Stair Unit which we ended up having Joel and his team replace for us. Great Service, Great Pricing and just a great company that gives 110% to its customers.

Joel uses the latest technology and equipment to troubleshoot, repair, and adjust HVAC equipment. Was able to determine a part was going bad but had not reached failure mode during my spring maintenance service. I opted to have the part replaced instead of having it fail later on during the summer. I highly recommend Kindness Air.

Kindness Air is an excellent company. Joel is experienced, thoughtful, complete and truthful. I needed a repair on a weekend and he responded promptly and came out on Saturday. He fixed the problem quickly and I truly appreciated it!
