"We contracted with Decatur Jacuzzi Bath for a replacement shower a couple of years ago. On 8/25/2025, a technician, Josh Keith responded to our call and replaced some malfunctioning shower caulking at no charge. He was on time, performed an excellent replacement job in less-than an hour, and stated it was within warranty. We appreciated the prompt response to our problem and the cordial and appreciative attitude while here - kudos to Decatur, Jacuzzi and Josh Keith."

"Again, this company went out of their way to help me with two thresholds in my home. I am in a wheelchair and needed to be able to get over these thresholds. A company representative came to my home and measured both doors, then sent me an estimate. I was very pleased and asked when they could start work. In the meantime, Joe found me an alternative to having to have the thresholds removed and replaced with new ones. He came to my home and showed me where I could fimd threshold covers that would work just as well as their work. And, these covers will save me money. I thought that was a very generous thing he did

"Mad City was personable and professional with all that needed to be done at my home. Patio door replacement, bedroom window replacement, and shower stall installation. They even hired a subcontractor to repair a hole in the ceiling that was caused by a leaky bathtub. My highest complements!"

"I now have an awesome bathroom! Everything was handled with care and professionalism! I was grateful for preserving my cabinets and the replacement of my floors, bathtub and shower, countertops and toilet. Special appreciation for meeting with Steve and Dana on the front end of the project and project manager Michael Walls. Well done to the crew too!"

"Excellent job around. Replaced bad and rotten siding, prepped and painted 100 yr old 2-story house. Paint work is the best I have ever seen and I have seen a lot in my 70 years."
