Very knowledgable visit to review the work to be completed. Workers were on site in just a few days with all materials needed. I was very pleased with the professional work and a 3 man team. They are craftsmen!

Epic did a 1st rate job! My 11 year-old PT Wood deck showed signs of rot. They gave me an initial estimate and we signed a contract, 60% due at signing, 40% upon completion. It included a DETAILED Scope of Work list. As work began they found more damage. Each time more damage was uncovered, they gave me an Additional Work Order, 50% due on signing, 50% due upon completion. Each AWO contained another DETAILED LIST of what was being fixed. 4 AWOs were required in all, The process took 12 calendar days (minus 3 day weekend and 1 Sunday), net 8 work days total! I paid NONE of the Upon Completion payments until the work was finished and I was happy. They followed up the next day to see if I found anything that was not done right. I gave them one item to finish, they did that within 2 days. It was a beautiful upgrade from old, stained PT wood decking to TREX! I am VERY satisfied!

Excellent job around. Replaced bad and rotten siding, prepped and painted 100 yr old 2-story house. Paint work is the best I have ever seen and I have seen a lot in my 70 years.

We appreciated the detail of their estimates and adherence to it. We had contacted another company that had come out earlier and said would email estimates. Never received them and EPIC had already completed the job. Excellent work. Superb service.

Epic Home Repair did an excellent job. They communicated with me about everything. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were prompt and they do not push you about other projects. It is all about when you are ready...no pressure. I will rehire them as I can to do other repairs. I trust them totally. They cleaned up after the job as they said they would. You are given an invoice at the beginning and at the end of the job. I cannot say enough positive about Epic Home Repair.

Steve and his crew did a great job rebuilding my deck, replaced siding and installed new french door. The quality workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. Definitely recommend them and will use them again for future projects.

would not hire again. Workers ruined lawn, damaged patio chairs, and argued half the time instead of worked. One crew left nails and trash all over. The workers left gate open and our dog fell 15. ft. through a unfinished step. Mr. Van Gieson replaced the patio chairs.

I had a very small repair job but didn’t want to haul out my tools and heavy ladder to tackle it myself. Plus I’m just getting too old to keep up the problems around the house. The siding guy sent to do the job did excellent work. He was on time, friendly and informed my wife of everything he was doing. Will use EPIC Home Repair for all my future work.

Very fast response of which I appreciated. The workers were fast but quality was somewhat sloppy. They cleaned up after the work only partially and left nails on my driveway. They were nice though. I might use them in the future.

Steve was incredible to work with. Since the job involved repair and rehab on a house built before 1930, I expected the worst. Somehow, Steve was able to reverse poorly-executed repairs from long ago and re-engineer attic and roofing, along with repairing interior issues that resulted. Workmanship and knowledge, straight communication and value. I'm keeping this guy's number close by for whatever I need.

Hired to replace some siding on back porch. Exceptional workmanship. Kept us informed throughout the job. Definitely would use again.
