On 12/23 our heat started blowing cold air. I couldn't get an appointment with anyone and it was 52 degrees in our house with a newborn baby. Thankfully I still had Daniels number and he was kind enough to get someone out within the next two hours. Alan diagnosed the issue quickly and worked hard in the sub-20 degree weather for several hours until it was fixed.
