Mark from Plus One came out the day after I contacted Angi. He identified my intermittent AC problem and fixed it in short order. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was very fair, and the job was done well. I highly recommend Plus One for anyone needing AC repair.

Alan and Daniel replaced my ductwork this summer. Excellent quality of service and super friendly people. Very responsive and takes care of their customers. On 12/23 our heat started blowing cold air. I couldn't get an appointment with anyone and it was 52 degrees in our house with a newborn baby. Thankfully I still had Daniels number and he was kind enough to get someone out within the next two hours. Alan diagnosed the issue quickly and worked hard in the sub-20 degree weather for several hours until it was fixed. Around 10 o'clock that night, Daniel texted me to make sure we had heat before he went to bed. Fantastic company and truly incredible customer service. Won't use anyone else.

We have used Temperature Pro for many years for various projects. We have a yearly Maintenance Agreement with them. Mark has been in our home several times. Mark, along with all technicians are courteous, professional and very thorough in resolving all problem(s) and servicing our units. We very much appreciate the great job Temperature Pro does, always, and would highly recommend this company to you.

Mark serviced our HVAC unit for the second consecutive summer, and it is so reassuring to open the front door and see a friendly face. He knew that we crank the air down in the evenings to 66, so he made sure that our units are well equipped to handle our needs. From the online reservation to the texts and emails notifying us that Mark would be arriving shortly, I have no idea why anyone wouldn't love working with Shawn and his fabulous team.

Very professional team.

All of the people I dealt with at Temperature Pro were very polite, professional and hard working. Worked with Daniel G., Mark M. , Dustin J. and Alan P. They were willing to work late and stay on the job to get my replacement system going and minimize my time without a/c. They answered my questions promptly and with enthusiasm. I am happy with the new system and would recommend them without reservation.

Daniel came out with safety in mind. He wore a mask, he did all that was needed answered all my questions with great respect & patience & left everything nice clean & cold with the a/c repair. I have a lot going on personally @ this time after an unexpected loss in our family. This company was a definite God send. Mark did a great job quickly diagnosing the problem and has the A/C back up and running very quick. Initially we thought our problem was manageable until later in the week. However, the problem became worse and Brooklyn was able to move our service to the next day. I highly recommend Temp Pro Birmingham.

Shawn, Daniel, and Mark all went above and beyond on their multiple visits to diagnose and repair my A/C problem. Hopefully I wonâ t need them again anytime soon but if I do I wonâ t call anyone else!
