At HVAC Home Pros, we make it our mission to do only what is in the best interest of our customers. Whether that means spending extra time to help educate our customers about their HVAC system, staying up late and on the weekends to help fix AC issues or helping anyone find ways to save money on a new installation. We can do this because our technicians, receptionist, and installers DO NOT have sales commissions. We don't send salesmen to your home to upsell installations and costly repairs. We work hard to fix your HVAC system and save as much money as possible while doing it. We are highly experienced, licensed in the state of Alabama, insured, and bonded. We want what is best for our customers, and if that is the cheapest option, we are even happier to suggest it!

We had a new HVAC unit installed. Cameron is great! Honest and straight forward when telling you what you need. Unlike others who might try to sell you unnecessary items, Cameron told me what I needed based on the size of my house and how I normally use the unit. Install was done in a timely manner and seemed quite thorough. Definitely recommend to others in the area!

We got an estimate right away, which was straight forward and 30% less than other bids. Really easy to schedule and they came out and did the big job all in one day. Ramsey did a great job with installation of HVAC system and new ducts in our 65 year old house. In particular the airflow to living room is so much better!

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement

Old heat pump went out after 20 years! These guys gave me a quote with three options per my friends recommendation. Given how expensive this project was, I went out and received estimate from On Time, Coolray, and Standard. Luckily, I did! For my 5 ton heat pump, I was quoted $2-4K more for the same system. Other than price, the technicians who installed my system were very friendly and professional. They did not rush through the job and cleaned up their work area in my house before leaving.

My heat went out at night, and I gave these guys a call the next morning. My furnace was 20 years old, so I knew it would need to be replaced at some point. HVAC Home Pros gave me a great off-season replacement deal for changing out my whole system. Ramsey did good work and was on time, curious, and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I worked with Ramsey at HVAC Home Pros. He provided a terrific price point, and I was slightly hesitant because it was at the lower end of the 5 estimates I received. But he did a terrific job installing my 5 ton electric system and walked me through the whole process. I would highly recommend getting your new AC system installed with these guys--great price and great work!
