"I had a booger of a job because of the type of hot water tank that had to be replaced; but the installation went well. Jim did a great job and was very thorough. He also provided a great deal of needed information. After finishing the job, he informed me of a rebate that i would be getting...what a nice surprise! I highly recommend Jim and Coleson Plumbing and will be using them again."

"I am so excited and pleased with the work they did for me. They dug the ditch, installed the regulator and laid over 450 feet of pex waterline to get public water established. Very professional, efficient and got it all done in one day!! I've not had any problems or leaks and my water pressure is wonderful. Will use again and highly recommend."

"They answered the phone just before business hours when we discovered our septic tank had begun to overflow. They came out earlier than they promised and completed the job quickly and well. Both men were professional and friendly and graciously honored my Angie's list coupon plus some. Gave me excellent information about the problem and fixed it quickly. I will definitely use and recommend them in the future.

"I wanted to put N//A FOR THE FIRST ANSWER BECAUSE I AM STILL TRYING TO REACH THEM TO COMPLETE THE JOB. HE LOOKED AT IT AND SAID HE WOULD BE BACK AFTER ORDERING A SMALL PART FOR THE SINK FAUCET BUT THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING . I HAD HOPED TO GET IT DONE PRIOR TO THANKSGIVING AND NOW I AM APPROACHING CHRISTMAS

Update:
A different plumber came out when the part finally arrived. The new plummer discovered that the wrong part had been ordered. However, the second plumber also realized that no part was needed. He fixed the entire problem was a little extra elbow. The job was completed by the second plumber in less then 5 minutes. This was outstanding work by the second plumber. We gave the company an overall "C "since we would have been spared a lot of time and discomfort had the second plumber been sent out the first time."

"Mr Webb's work is very good and my wife and I are very pleased with his work, cost and work time.  We have used Complete Home Repair for several small repairs this year and have always been very pleased.  He shows up when he says he will and gets the job done.  So when we planned this latest project, we did not hesitate to call them and in fact did not even think about any one else.
We have in mind some other projects around here and will certainly call them first.  We found Complete Home Repair on Angie's list and have even found others for HVAC etc.

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can fit a vanity unit to an existing sink, especially if you plan to custom-build the vanity. With a prefabricated vanity, you’ll likely need to make a few adjustments. It depends on the type of sink, the size of the sink, and the existing plumbing. If you plan to retrofit a sink into a prefabricated vanity, make sure you take precise measurements and that your sink is compatible with the vanity you select. Prefabricated units have a precut sink hole, so you’ll need the size to match your sink.

Undermount sinks have clips that attach to the countertop, but they have pros and cons. They are heavier than drop-in sinks, so they only work with sturdy countertops like natural stone and are a more expensive option. You might need someone to help you install the sink, depending on its weight.

Yes, it’s necessary to have a sink drain stopper. While your sink will still work without a stopper, a stopper is necessary to keep things other than water from going down into your pipes and potentially clogging them. It prevents plumbing problems by keeping out unwanted debris and objects like hair, soap, toothpaste, dirt, and jewelry.

The time it takes to install a sink depends on whether you hire a professional or do it yourself, as well as the complexity of the job. A professional plumber can typically install a sink in 1 to 4 hours, with most routine jobs taking around 1 to 2 hours. However, more complicated installations will take longer. Projects that involve rerouting plumbing, installing an under-mount sink, or making countertop modifications can take a full day. Installing a sink with a prefab vanity could also stretch the project to 6 to 8 hours. If you plan to install the sink yourself, you should set aside 4 to 6 hours, though it could take longer. It's also recommended to have a friend help, especially if you are working with a heavy sink made of a material like porcelain.

Any drain in your house requires a water trap to prevent sewer gases from entering the home. Dishwashers don’t have an internal water trap, so they must use an external P trap. The most convenient P trap for the dishwasher is already in the plumbing under your sink.
