I started over 12 years ago with a couple of residential clients until I acquired an Apartment community cleaning their vacant units. However after 5 years of employee turnovers, no call no shows and every excuse for not coming to work, I decided to scale it back down. I ended up with 2 Apartment properties and 1 employee. However, we have never used the fireplace so we are not sure if what they did was effective. But, they did not leave any mess behind and they were professional."
