The service was excellent. Earnest showed up 20 minutes early on a Sunday. I love it when a man shows up for work early. Nothing was a problem, in fact everything was yes we got this . I would hire and or recommend Packmaster anytime.

  • Blue Men Moving LLC
Working with Blue Men Moving was a great experience. Their entire team from the front office to the men who packed and moved our belongings were fantastic. Always responsive to answer questions, giving us a great price for their services, handling every piece of our belongings with care. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, caring, expert help in moving. My heartfelt thanks to them for their support of my move.

  • Great Nation Moving
Our 700 mile move from VA to AL went very well. The Great Nation team was punctual and worked very hard to wrap our furniture and move our personally packed boxes to the truck. We received our household goods within a week and so far, so good as we are unpacking. They also moved a grand piano and did a fantastic job disassemling and assembing the piano in the perfect place in our home.

  • Honesty & Fidelity Transportation
Emmanuel at Honesty and Fidelity Transportation was absolutely amazing. On very short notice, he was able to move all of my belongings from Alabama to Florida for a very reasonable price. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the service and I would recommend his company to anyone. Thank you Emmanuel!!

  • Safebound Moving & Storage
UPDATE: In February of 2021, Safebound reached out to me claiming that they have made changes to their business policies and personnel. They offered additional compensation to prove their sincerity and resolve my complaint. I accepted their offer. Original: Safebound prepared fraudulent documents and damaged our belongings during my family's move last July. In working through complaints with various consumer and government agencies, they have repeatedly accused me of lying (despite evidence to the contrary) and have offered only 8% of our moving costs in exchange for our silence. I believe the public deserves to hear about my experience and include it below. Safebound Logistics sent only one person to load our belongings (Mike P.), and we saw him damage a Paloma II dining table and Andover floor mirror, both from Crate & Barrel. While loading, he pointed out to us a single shelf that was scratched, but because he did that, we assumed that he would bring to our attention any cosmetic issues he noticed. Instead, he fraudulently and incorrectly marked that literally every piece of furniture was in a damaged condition at origin. To do so, Mike P. used numeric codes that weren’t immediately clear and then pressured us to sign the paperwork quickly because he was desperate to get on the road. We didn’t notice or understand the damage codes when we signed the paperwork, and he certainly didn’t point them out. After delivery, we figured out the meaning of the numeric codes and found that those codes don't even match the location of damages we claimed. For example, Mike P. marked all 8 dining chairs, an armchair, an end table, 2 beds, a 3rd dresser, and a 3rd nightstand as scratched and/or soiled, but all are still in perfect condition. This proves that his list of damages is fraudulent. Instead, many of our items were damaged during the move due to Safebound's negligence. They even lost an essential part of our sofa, rendering it unusable. Additionally, we chose Safebound because their sales team promised that our items would remain on a single truck for the entire move, but then they then unloaded and reloaded the entire shipment. This likely contributed to the damages we incurred. While our items were in transit, I asked for a final cost so I could have a bank check ready at delivery. They emailed a final price, but then demanded another $228 in charges before they would unload our furniture. Given all of this, I believe that fraud and false claims are common practice for Safebound. We have reached out to the company directly, filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), and endured a nearly year-long settlement process with the industry-biased, third-party, CSI Pros platform. At the end of the day, Safebound offered to buy our silence for less than 8% of what we paid. All the while, they have continued to defend their incompetent employees in spite of damaged goods and fraudulent documents. Worse yet, when they replied to the FDACS, they twisted my words and then accused me of lying despite clear evidence to the contrary. In closing, here is what we learned about Safebound Logistics. Get every detail in writing, though in our case, they didn’t even honor what they put in writing. Furthermore, watch the loading crew (or individual) like a hawk. They will mark that everything you own is damaged. Read every line of every page and ask that they explain (in writing) every stray mark written on the page, because if you don’t, they will later claim it means you agreed that every piece of furniture you own was damaged before they loaded it. Finally, if you choose to entrust your belongings to them, you should definitely take out insurance to protect from the mistakes they will certainly make. Apparently, protecting your items from damage is not included in the price they will quote—it’s like a car company charging an extra fee to make sure the new car you bought has no manufacturing defects. If a moving company is unable to move furniture without damaging it and/or unable to execute documents without committing fraud, they should not offer insurance; they should stop moving furniture and find another industry. I strongly encourage you to avoid this company.

  • Motivated Movers of Huntsville & Decatur
We contracted with Motivated Movers after soliciting estimates from two other local movers. Our move required three 2-man teams and two large trucks. Greatest challenge was carrying heavy furniture, including a piano, up a steep driveway to the trucks parked on the street. The guys arrived on time, carefully padded delicate items, and cautiously maneuvered heavy items down stairs, up the driveway, and into the trucks. The crews were completely knowledgeable and professional and worked extremely well as a team to complete the job. We were very pleased with their service and would certainly recommend them to others.

  • TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Huntsville
My husband and I have used this company for all of our moves for years . We currently were going to give them our business again and twice within a 2 Month period as we are remodeling our home and moving our furniture to a storage 4 Miles from our home, which would consist of moving out and within about 4 to 6 weeks moving back in. On a three bedroom home 2700 ft.² of living space they still sent an estimator out that give us an estimate of close to $8000..., we were so much in disbelief that we contacted the owner. After staying on the phone with him for about an hour after already talking with his office staff it upset me horribly my blood pressure is sky high I may have to go to the ER he offered to come out and look at our home but he was in defense of his staffs estimate. We expected a little bit of a price increase but not more than double for the same items that were moved in our house on our last move to be moved back out. We also rented 4 storage units all next to each other on the second floor with an elevator an extra storage we did this to make the move easy so that the movers would not have to stack anything on top of each other. We support our community in every way and always try to give local business owners our business. Nothing should be this hard and after all that this company has put us through and the ridiculous price gouging estimating the weight and it was way off they had us down for three trucks and six men on a three bedroom house when all it took last time was 26 foot truck they say they sent three man and they made two trips. I also bought all of our packing material from them on our last move close to $300 worth we were going to give them that business as well. When we reached out to the owner only to be upset so bad that I had to give my husband the phone because my blood pressure is so high we both decided that we would not do business with this company they have broke our confidence in our trust by the price gouging from their estimator and then their office sales manager her prices changed around too. Estimator was not correct and what he wrote as far as weight and being moved from our home. No family with a three bedroom home could afford their prices. We have checked with other companies and we have gone with another local company that is fair with their pricing we were not looking for anything cheap but we were not looking to be price gouged either. And feel free to look me up on Facebook and message me and I’ll be glad to show you the estimate that they gave to us how ridiculous it is. I realize companies can make mistakes and we give them every opportunity to try to make it right but after talking with the owner for the length of time we had to after already speaking to the sales manager and having an estimator in our house nothing should be this hard I do not recommend them at all please beware, they had us down for three trucks six men and almost 2 days of moving which is ridiculous! If you were looking for a moving company please message me and I will put you in touch with the company that we are using that you can trust and it does not price gouge like this!

  • Applewhite Movers, LLC.
Exceptionally The customer service I received when setting up my appointment was exceptional. U"Rainnah and Claudia very responsive and polite over the phone. They also responded quickly to my emails. I was kind of leary about calling due to some of the bad reviews I saw on one of the websites online, but their price was a really good and I decided to take a chance. The movers Anthony, T and Jewels were very professional and moved fast. I appreciated the respect that they showed for my home while moving furniture around. All three were very responsive and pleasant to work with. Upon leaving they presented us with candy and little thank you note.

  • Motivated Movers
Ben Black, Motivated Mover (MM) owner, has arranged my moves twice and has been exceptionally accommodating in every way. He is a rock. Ben (another Ben), now the Alabama manager was the lead mover in my prior move within the Nashville/Franklin,Tennessee area and great in that move as well as in facilitating the unpacking in this second move. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY HIGHLY ENOUGH . They are full service and totally reliable, punctual, honest and in every way extraordinarily helpful. I needed packing and unpacking so the move was expensive but well worth it and more than competitive for the services rendered. I believe if you are packing and unpacking yourselves and only need the move, they are only slightly more expensive than some others and they will definitely outdo any moving company in competence, quality of service, courtesy and assistance "above and beyond." AJ and Deonte packed and moved me and then, with Allen, unpacked me. You could not ask for more helpful and capable men to undertake your move. Plus having their company and presence throughout the move process from start to finish was supportive and actually made the move enjoyable -- YES, an enjoyable move!!! I suggest you do yourself a favor and let these folks move you.
