Absolutely white glove service! I couldn't be more pleased! Movers were very careful with our expensive mahogany furniture. All three worked diligently, quickly and very carefully. All three gentlemen were extremely polite, and courteous. Very eager to place everything exactly where we wanted it, even though they had to deal with two flights of stairs. By far, the best experience we've ever had when moving furniture.

Chris is one of our managers and he does a tremendous job although it does not sound as though you would agree at this time. Nick is an excellent employee and young man, he and all our employees are what set us apart from our competitors. We thank you for providing feedback regarding his effort and desire to leave you satisfied. I did go back and review your move and all notations regarding your move and the following is what I have found out based on the information I have. Please feel free to let me know if my information is incorrect so I may address it. Chris did discuss with you that we do have releases of liability for certain items or circumstances when you were scheduling your move. Your waterfall was discussed as an item that we would require a release for at the time of scheduling. The movers had you sign and initial a release of liability releasing us from any damage that may occur during the move of the waterfall. You agreed to and signed said release. Certain Items are not made to be moved multiple times, items such as your waterfall can and do deteriorate in conditions once they have set in the snow, rain, heat, etc over time and become fragile and brittle. This deterioration is often hard if not impossible to see by looking at a particular item and this is why we use releases of liability for certain items and circumstances. We did as a courtesy send three movers to complete your move even though you only requested a 2 man crew. You were only billed for a two man crew but had three movers working for you (Nick, AJ, and Harrison). We hope this saved you some time and kept the cost as low as possible.
