"Technicians were an hour late. They replaced 3-inches of pipe going into the toilet flange, set it to dry and added a support strap. Maybe a 30 minute job excluding the wait for the pipe glue to dry. they did this from underneath and the toilet did not require to be removed. Besides the 39.00 coupon, they charged a whooping 340.78. Ridiculous! No warranty noted on the receipt but the technician said they do warranty but no specifics given. Next time we will call around instead of assuming Service providers on Angie's list are superior and reasonable."

He does a great job educating on how the water is coming into your crawlspace (or at least in my case it was a crawl space job), and he provides a set of solutions to help remedy the situation on a tier basis. Both he and the crew provide helpful videos pre-, during, and post-installation. Recently (as the project was completed months ago), my sump pump began making strange noises that you could feel through the floorboards, and I sent a message to Phillip that evening in an attempt to determine if this was a serious issue. He was quick to respond and informed me a crew would be out to take a look the house the next day (this was on a Saturday).
