"It went very well. I live out of town - as this was for a rental house-. They showed up on time, called me before any repairs were done to advise of the costs etc. The work was completed in a couple of hours and my tenant was extrememly happy. Will use again for sure."

"I had a booger of a job because of the type of hot water tank that had to be replaced; but the installation went well. Jim did a great job and was very thorough. He also provided a great deal of needed information. After finishing the job, he informed me of a rebate that i would be getting...what a nice surprise! "Dennis and his team said our pipes appeared to be in good shape and suggested a good cleaning first to see if that would fix our draining problems.
