Brad ans Fred came to fix my ac unit they were the nices men i ever met. I was without ac for 6 months and they fixed my unit at a very reasonable price. If you want great service call these guys they are wonderful.

Iâ ve used Brad Houston at Service Tec One since before 2007. He replaced my units then and still services them. Iâ ve never had any problems whatsoever and I have regular maintenance done on it periodically but this unit has lasted a lot longer than I ever imagined!! I had a problem with my heat pump. I had been trying for week to get another service provider to come fix it. I called Service Tec-One. Within an hour they responded, fixed it, and where on their way to their next job. Rapid response and knew exactly what they were doing.

Mr. Houston and the crew of Service Tec One were my choice to install a new heat pump after speaking with two other recommended companies. They were prompt and professional, taking extreme care while working on the property. Service Tec One will be the only company I recommend to friends and family.

I wanted an area to be cooled better, and they came and measured airflow, something no one else has done. I wanted to repair leaking ducts of existing AC unit, but they insisted on replacing the working air handler. New unit works great, uv air cleaning device is great, increased intake of air improved the AC too. My only problem is that I wanted to save 5 year old working (not leaking) indoor unit for use elsewhere, and they left the unit for me, but took part of it with them, leaving it not usable, and will not return it for some reason. I will have to make a cover for that unit to be able to reuse it.

From start to finish, the install of my new AC/Heating unit went great! The guys were friendly, fast and professional. I feel that Service Tech One is just a phone call away! Brad and his crew are awesome guys! They came recommended by the Cardiologist, and Nurse I work with. I would totally recommend their service to anyone. I don't believe I have ever met a nicer guy than Brad!

Brad was on time and diagnosed the problem with my rental property HVAC in no time. His thorough work even identified the root cause of the failure to the emergency heat strips which was due to the tenants not replacing the air filter. Thanks to Brad for taking the time to come to my property and effect the repairs needed to correct my HVAC for the next tenants.
