These guys were excellent. They arrived on the exact day at the exact time specified and completed the job about an hour before the time they estimated. My system looks and runs great and he even replaced a breaker for me that fixed my timers for my pool. Great guys and wonderful service. Took away all the stress from the whole process.

It's late July, and finding an AC company that can come out quickly takes time. However, Service Tec One Heating and Air arrived within the hour and fixed my air conditioner promptly. Additionally, their prices were great.

Things went very smoothly, arrived on time. Worked steady with no wasted time. Treated home, pets and self with respect. Felt safe at all times, will tell others about their work. Bet they are great neighbors.

My AC stopped working.  I called and they were out later in the day.  My ac compressor had failed.  It was beyond the 1yr labor guarantee but well within the 10 year parts guarantee. He said he would return the next morning.  He did and installed the new compressor and it was working by 10AM.  I had to pay for the labor and new freon but not the cost of the new compressor ($950) which was under warranty.

Around the first part of Sept. I noticed that I seemed to have no AC. Got on the internet and made an inquiry and was answered by Service One. This happened in just ten short ones. He came out that afternoon an it was found that I had a very bad leak in the A frame. Since the unit was over 15 years old I decided to replace the outside and inside units. The units were both replaced with more efficient Goodman units. All this was done in a very efficient and courteous way. If ever I need a good AC service I will again call upon this company.

Since I am retired and on a tight budget I looked on the Goodman manufacturers site to get a list of authorized dealers. I called Service Tec One first and got his estimate. I then called Batchelor's to get a second estimate which was almost twice as much ($8,900) for a similiar unit.
I called back and scheduled a day. Brad Houston and his crew came in and removed all the old units and thoroughly prepared the area (closet) that held the furnace and evaporator coils. They lined the closet with insulating and sound damping materials. They installed a new Compressor unit and base outside. They told me that it would take a day and a half. They had the AC running the same day so we had cooling that night and came back the next day to finish the work.
Brad is very knowledgeable and the workmanship was excellent. The left no mess, removed all the old materials and used drop cloths on the floor. The were courteous and respectful and I am quite happy with their service.
