"I hired David as a handyman to install a deadbolt lock in addition to using a wood block to patch a hole in a door. (Deadbolt locks are more complex than standard bedroom doorknobs!) He got the job successfully done, and I am satisfied with his work. He has strong communication skills, is reliable, shows up on time, and is honest. For projects, he will give you details on the material cost, and the labor cost. I will be hiring him again in the future, and recommend his services."
