At the time of his phone call, we were booking 4 weeks out due to it being our busy season, and we were making our annual service clients a priority to get their systems going for the season. We informed him up front that we would be willing to make an appointment, but at this time, we would not be able to get out to him in a timely manner. He chose not to schedule at that time. We sincerely apologize that we were not able to get to him and the rest of the potential clients that have called this year and hope to be better staffed to accommodate everyone soon!"
