It went very well. Garret showed up on time (very professional, courteous, and thorough). I was concerned that our sprinklers were not working efficiently and might need some adjustments or repairs. Garret took his time and inspected all sprinkler heads in all 5 stations and found a few that needed adjustments and one that needed a new nozzle. I would highly recommend B&C Irrigation Systems and will call them again if I need more service in the future.

Garett and Lane did an amazing job fixing our sprinkler problems and there were quite a few with our old system. They were prompt and very efficient and knowledgeable. Have used B&C for years and will continue to do so.

Ben, Chase, and their team made multiple trips to repair multiple leaks in my irrigation plumbing, which was installed by another vendor a number of years ago. They stayed at it, until all of my leaks were finally identified and repaired; at times not charging for their work. I am so pleased with their professionalism and courtesy, and their determination to ensure my problems were fully resolved. These leaks were small and very hard to find. The quality of their work is outstanding and is valued and appreciated. I use them for my spring/fall irrigation maintenance, and based on this experience, I have no reason to consider anyone else. Very pleased!

B&C completed the job in one day and I'm really pleased with their work. They also did a nice job of cleaning up -- except for the strips with no grass where they installed the pipes, my yard looked pretty much undisturbed. I'd hire them again.

Came in less than 24 hours, made the repair and identified other valves at risk and cleaned up the buried valves and the area around them to prevent another valve from having the same problem. Will definitely call them again if we need help with our lawn irrigation again.

They quickly analyzed and determined there was a broken valve and a busted line. They located and fixed both quickly. It took several days to get an appointment, but this is normal for the season on sprinklers.

Our technician, Garrett, arrived exactly on time, and went straight to the task. He was efficient and knowlegeable, and diagnosed our problems promptly. He found the other three sprinkler valves which had been buried deep beneath the lawn and not marked, and rewired them the way they should have been done in the first place. We did not feel like he rushed the job, and completed everything that needed to get done. We would definitely use B and C again!

They arrived be the scheduled time. Went right to work and moved fast to get tools and supplies. Worked very **** ** a very hot afternoon. Did NOT STOP until job was done. Cleaned up the area. Clearly explained the bill and the price was not raised. I was very impressed with the man and the work he did. If I ever need work on my sprinkling system again, I won't even look for any one else...

Jacob was punctual and very professional. He knew what he was doing and was happy to show me how to repair these areas so I could do it in the future. The best service experience I’ve had in a long time!

The work was fine, however, charging $240 for 30 minutes of work after having to wait for two weeks is beyond ridiculous. They made a buck on me today, but I will never use this company again.

There was an appointment declination on their part but for good reason as a traffic accident occurred. Reschedule was made and met but unable to find solution after much effort by the technician so another date was set for additional equipment/personnel. That Appointment was not met by them with a short notice cancellation. I requested yet another date via email with no response. What I did receive was an invoice Dec 2 postmarked Nov 30 with due date therein of Nov 2 and a unwarranted hand written note of "Past Due". Cost was $75srvchg $65 labor. Employees seem dedicated hardworking and empathetic but the corporate demeanor appears to me to be more focused on profit than service. Based on those who have expressed feedback, our situation hopefully was an anomaly but I will not seek their service again.

I called made an appointment, they called the day prior and asked if they could come early. They did, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and tested and adjusted all sprinkler heads Was here over an hour and only charged 30 min of labor.

We spent quite a bit of money. It was high, and we did not go with the lowest bidder. It was in the medium range of cost. Overall, it was worth what they charged because they did a good job. They used really good equipment. They were an "A" for sure. They were really good. They explained the whole thing. They came when they said they were going to come. They did a really good job. When I had questions, I got them answered quickly. I would use them again.

Overall a very good job. Some minor miscommunications between teams but all was sorted out expediently. Work crews were hard working and fast. Only criticism I would give them is they did not clean up all their mud after they were done along the sidewalks, patios, and drive. But the price was good, service was good. Lots of follow-up. So I still rate them an A, no plus or minus. But a very solid A.

My experience with B&C Irrigations was very professional. Ben assessed my problems and provided recommendations and solutions to solve my water flow problems. The work crew was prompt and professional despite the changes to the gutters since the original estimate. The gutter connection, drainage pipes, and French drain were installed satisfactorily. The grass sod was placed in bare spots and the area was cleaned upon completion of all work. The crew was gracious enough to stack the extra sod inside the fence so that I could place it in other bare spouts as needed. Good job! The Clarkes'

Ben went over estimate with me, then came out separate time to go over it with my husband, since he wasn't available initially. Chad did the installation, answering my husband's "why" questions to his satisfaction. When finished, the yard looked good and Chad went over the sprinkler controller to make sure we knew how to use it.

B and C installed the irrigation system on the new home we purchased from Mark Harris Homes. We contacted them today to have someone come out and do some repairs. We were told it would be 6 weeks before they could send anyone out. pretty disappointing service

Repaired irrigation but was difficult to work with not open to communication. Acted like expert and not willing to listen. Then system went dead and tried to get repairman back and was given three week wait time. Ridiculous customer service. Called another company, they came same day to fix.

Went well. If I had been better prepared I might have changed some of the placement of the area sprays.

We’ve been working with them on a yearly basis for 4 years. They did quality work and they were also done in the day. When they went through the curb, they didn’t tear up the sidewalk so their whole installation looks great. They are very polite and very professional. Each one did their job and was very nice.
