"We replaced our bathtub with a walk in shower, and are extremely happy with the work that was provided. In only took one person 6 hours to complete the job, and he was very professional and the quality of work was great. Would hire them again."

"They were very nice, but the with the credit of the big deal, I did not feel that $7200 for a bathtub installation was appropriate. I did not end up using or hiring this company."

"It went so well that we can't wait for Al and Albert to come back and start on other projects we have asked them to do.  They are an amazing father and son team that work, side by side as well as jam to music, very well together.  If you are looking for someone with perfectionist skills and will do the job your way along with some helpful hints along the way then Complete Home Repair is the two man crew for you!  Our utility room looks so nice people can't believe it is being used for a water heater, washer, and dryer!  Way to go guys, Thank you for the Excellent Job!!"

"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.

"00All work contracted was performed and they followed up on some minor issues associated with the project. The men were courteous and appeared to know what they were doing. The sales contact was in touch with us during and after the project. The project was complicated, and involved varoius pieces of equipment and a variety of labor skills. There were a couple problems with rented equipment, and the job took longer than I had hoped partly due to those issues. Overall, we are pleased with the work and very happy with the company's concern for our wishes and their responsiveness. I would use them again and most probably will.

Bathtub Replacement questions, answered by experts

Roman tubs are very different from ordinary tubs. A Roman tub is typically deeper and broader than a traditional tub, and it's often installed on a custom platform with the faucet positioned on the deck rather than on the wall. Ordinary tubs are more shallow and usually feature built-in shower options

In some cases, people are getting rid of bathtubs because of the floor space they gain after removal. Showers can make more efficient use of bathroom space. In some cases, people get rid of tubs for accessibility purposes. It can be difficult for some individuals to step into and out of a tub. For these people, a shower with no lip or step is safer and easier to use than a tub.

An alcove tub is designed to fit into a three-walled enclosure in a bathroom. A drop-in tub, on the other hand, is placed into a custom-built frame or enclosure. This frame can be fitted to an alcove, making a drop-in tub a viable alternative if you want a more custom or spa-like look. Because the frame is custom, drop-in tubs offer more design flexibility and a wider range of materials, such as cultured marble or tile, compared to the simpler acrylic or fiberglass of a typical alcove tub. The frame for a drop-in tub can also be placed anywhere in the bathroom it fits, not just in an alcove.

Adding a soaking tub can increase your return on investment (ROI) for a bathroom remodel, with many people recouping a 60% ROI when adding a soaking tub. To get the best value from installing a soaking tub, make sure that your floor plan allows the tub to act as a focal point in your bathroom, adding aesthetic value as well as being practical.

The order of your bathroom renovation should prevent damage to the completed work. Start with demolition and removing the old fixtures. Then, address structural repairs or water damage, if needed. Next, tackle the rough-in phase for plumbing and electrical work, install waterproofing, and work on wall treatments like tile or paint. Install your shower or bathtub, toilet, vanity, and sink. Flooring goes in after major fixtures but before the toilet. Lastly, install new lighting fixtures, mirrors, and other finishing touches as desired.
