We had a water leak going to the washing machine. We had to turn the main water line off and that left no water to the rest of the house. They came out on a Saturday night and had the leak fixed and water to the house in no time. Will definitely be calling them again.

<p>They didn't do a very good job. The tub is not leveled correctly so the water just stands and doesn't drain properly. There are gaps in the wall where you can see through to the next room when standing in the shower. The shower surrounds are crooked and the tub is not really fastened down...

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
