"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"All in all, it went well. Only took a few days. During the jack hammering the tried to seal off other finished area of the basement from the dust and were successful. They do not replace the sheetrock wall after installation, so we had to hire another contractor to repair the sheetrock, sand and paint before the new carpet was reinstalled. But that was made clear that that was not a part of their quote, so I don't feel there was any misunderstanding of the extent or coverage of their services. Overall - good experience."

"Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects."

"They were very nice, but the with the credit of the big deal, I did not feel that $7200 for a bathtub installation was appropriate. I did not end up using or hiring this company."

"Al was very prompt on coming out to give me an estimate. He was very detailed and specific on his prices and how long it would take to do the job. He called me back and gave me an exact time frame for the schedule and confirmed it the week before. He and his son showed up on the first day on time and completed all the work within one week. I felt comfortable leaving him and his son at the house while i was at work. They did a great job on completing everything i needed, plus cleaned up when they were done. I will sure call Al again if I need any work done. He was very talented and could do any type of house repair you need. He and his son was a pleasure to deal with. thanks Al!
