  After seeing the excellent work done by Globe Bath & Kitchen Remodeling in the condo unit across the hall, we asked for a similar renovation, which included taking out a wall and adding an island in the kitchen. With just one visit to their store and granite supplier the job was all set up and they got to work, which had to be done while we were away. They did an excellent job of blending the new flooring into the existing hardwood. We asked them to paint the entire interior of the condo and they did an excellent job. We even asked for a new back door and storm door, which were installed perfectly. The finished product in the kitchen came out extremely well, with the new granite countertops, backsplash tiles, new cabinets, island, and refrigerator.   After researching several competing companies, we choose Roll Shield to replace all the windows and add a sliding glass door where none existed. We first came in contact with the company at a home show a couple of years ago and were impressed with the company's owner and management. The windows and door are lovely and add energy efficiency as well as safety in this area where severe storms are always expected. The work was done exactly as ordered and promised. On time, too. Always prompt even with the rare need to return for a "fix." For instance, the threshold plate had been installed backward so the screen door wouldn't operate easily. A quick call and promptly it was fixed. We have recommended the company to several neighbors and will continue to do so. Our next project will be a security screen for the front door. I doesn't look like a security door. We'd also like to have the same material applied to all the windows that have direct sun for additional help with heat gain.   Extremely well. I called Brian to see if he could fix our garage entry/exit door. It had been installed last year and had become very hard to open and close. Brian was able to work me into his busy schedule as was able to come that same afternoon. Brian found that by adjusting the door hinge screws, he was able to let the door open and close properly. What a relief to find a handyman that knows what he is doing! I highly recommend Brian and will definitely call him for any future handyman projects.   Sam Howard and his crew at Pro Building Solutions remodeled our whole house for us. We had a projected time frame of 3 weeks (for only the bathroom remodel), added in a lot of custom details in the middle of the job, including taking out a wall, doing a custom bead board wainscoting in the bathroom, changing out all of the outlets/switches in the entire house, and replacing all of the interior doors/hardware and somehow still ended up with only 3 weeks and 3 days in total for our job! We were more than satisfied with their performance! Every time we added something to the job, he would give us an estimation of how much time we were adding to the total of the job. In the end, they far exceeded our time frame in which we were expecting. There were quite a few different guys coming in and out of the house, but all of them were courteous, professional, and took the time to listen to our needs. Sam helped greatly with the design side. From start to finish he really made it an easy process in choosing which products to use based on our budget that we had presented him from the beginning of the job. We selected a few upgrades that put us over our budget, after all, you're only going to remodel once! However, we were able to save on some other materials that Sam had recommended during the process with his contractor prices. He also handled all of the delivery of our materials and never once charged us for the many hours of consultations he provided throughout the construction process. I absolutely hate the construction process (tearing my house apart) but all in all, Pro Building Solutions helped to make my project as easy and pain free as possible. They kept the job site clean every day, made sure I could park my car in the garage, and were always there to help me, even if it was to carry a few bags of groceries into my house on their lunch break. Overall, I would highly recommend Sam and Pro Building Solutions to anyone looking for a quality remodel and an affordable price! They went the extra mile for me and always communicated every step of the way. Any issues were addressed swiftly and as cost effectively as possible.
