"He came on time, and had to go back for longer hoses, in order to avoid parking on the lawn. He reminded me not to forget the Angies's List coupon. He deducted the cost of cleaning the heat pump, explaining that if he did, mold from the pump would enter the system. He disabled the electronic air cleaner while cleaning in order not to damage it. He used a vacuum cleaner to clean the floors around the intakes. He explained to me how the mold from the ductwork had been getting into the house.

"R&M's service was amazing! Had a bad experience with the previous company I called out (HC Blake) and these guys were night and day difference. They were professional, intelligent, and able to pinpoint the source of my HVAC problem.
