"He came on time, and had to go back for longer hoses, in order to avoid parking on the lawn. He reminded me not to forget the Angies's List coupon. He deducted the cost of cleaning the heat pump, explaining that if he did, mold from the pump would enter the system. He disabled the electronic air cleaner while cleaning in order not to damage it. He used a vacuum cleaner to clean the floors around the intakes. He explained to me how the mold from the ductwork had been getting into the house.

"Highly recommend Moreno's HVAC & Electric! Our AC was running constantly without cooling the house. He checked it out, found a leak, and recharged the freon. Our unit is 16 years old, so we thought it was probably time to buy a new one or that it would need major repair, but he saved us from a costly purchase. Plus, the price was super reasonable! "R&M's service was amazing! Had a bad experience with the previous company I called out (HC Blake) and these guys were night and day difference. They were professional, intelligent, and able to pinpoint the source of my HVAC problem. I ended up spending $125 whereas HC Blake wanted $380 and it turns out what they wanted to do wouldn't have solved the problem so they would have charged an additional $125/hr just to try to determine the solution.
