Nathaniel was a true professional, he was able to diagnose the problem within the first minute, just by listening to the unit he found out exactly what was wrong and had it running within 10 minutes.
Not only was he a professional but he’s also a very polite and respectful person.

Well let's start off say they are a rip off , my motherboard had went out and the transformer, the guy that came out said it would be 1000 for the board , and 245 for the transformer, not counting labor so u are looking around 1400 to 1500 , so I had a second opinion, so had another guy come out and said the motherboard is 210 and transformer was like 50 bucks ummm ok almost 1000 Dollars difference gee I wonder who I went with ,
