+ -1 moreWhen Tyler came to give me a quote he was very professional. He told me about the supply trunk, air return that needed to repired. As did the other companies. I wantednaj extra vent added to the sunroom . Tyler suggested adding a return to the sunroom , where as the other companies did not suggest this. I made my decision that day to go with Johnson Heating and Cooling. The crew were very professional .

They have always gone the extra mile to give prompt, courteous and efficient service. They stand by their warranties with no hassle at all. On a personal note, when my Mom, who had a breathing issue, had an older system that needed service, they always took prompt action to be sure she had the air conditioning she so very much needed. Really can't say enough about the professionalism and integrity of this business.

Description of Work: They troubleshooted our system. They gave us suggestions on how to be more efficient and how to make is last longer. Other companies wanted to replace the unit but they suggested just to replace a part.
