When there was confusion of the work they performed (my fault) Lee called me up to see if we were satisfied and was willing to do more to make me happy, but this was not necessary after he explained the work performed and I agreed that all was good. "Their material is very good.  They had to put 4 nails on each shingle of the roof which they did not.  As a result I had to call them back twice for leaks.  They did come back eventually and fix it but I felt they should have done it initially. I did not think their work was poor.  They only install and do not make the materials."
