We ordered windows for our entire home going on about a year ago from time of order to receiving the windows. The workmen have been out to my over 3 times to replace the largest window in home and cracked my original window. My daughter is getting married in one week and I have a big piece of tape covering the crack in the window that sits in front of the house. Needless to say, I will never order any services again and don't recommend!!

We have since decided to stay, in part because we have been so pleased with the results!! We had our entire house carpeted and new window treatments installed. We are happy happy happy, especially because our first child has started to walk. He now toddles over the new carpet and we feel safe when he tumbles knowing it is non-toxic and SOFT! Cathy and her associates are wonderful to work with and helped us so much! We will use them again for sure in the future. One note: though they are not officially affiliated with Carpet Outlet, we received a recommendation for a power washer/handyman/yard service tech from the man who installed our window blinds. This turned out to be such as blessing, as my husband has Multiple Sclerosis and cannot work in the heat. Wonderful business and people all around that provided us with a sense of community!

His prices were much more attractive than others we had talked with. The installers came and worked as scheduled and did a great job. We had old dented and scratched gutters to remove first and also had a fair amount of rotted wood needing replacement. On-time, they wrapped up all our eaves (at high elevations), covered our gables and then a second crew installed the new gutters and leaf guards. The only negative thing I can say is that afterwards we found that they had left more bits and pieces of scrap vinyl, etc. around the house than I thought they should

Rick was clear and consistent in his communication, very personable, and an all around pleasure to work with. Robert and his crew did an excellent job in a very timely manner. The price was very fair and the quality of work was outstanding. We got other estimates and Budget's was the best. They even cleaned up well at the end of the job. These blinds were great because they acted as a door where the bi folding door was to conceal everything. Home Depots contractors did a good job measuring and installing them.
- Custom Blinds & ShuttersCraig was very professional. He installed beautiful new shutters at a reasonable price. He noticed that two of my blinds in another room were broken and he had them fixed for us at no extra cost. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be using his business again.
- G & G INTERIOR DESIGNThis is the second time I have used Ramona. She does things to my taste, which I consider the number one requirement of a decorator. However is much more than a designer. She uses some of what I already have and adds new items in other areas. She knows where to find items at a reasonable price. The end result of her work is a house uniquely me and not a copy of what is the and quot;current inand quot; thing that everybody else has. She worked well with the gneral contractor for the project. In fact, they accepter her input while I was out of town. I feel her rate is very reasonable. Even though I could probably do the task myself, I get overwhelmed by the choices and the time to look at many different stores. She provides a limited number of choices (all of which are of my liking), so I am still selecting the items but now it is more fun and not overwhelming and time consuming

"I placed an order for 3 tops down bottoms up cordless pleated blackout shades, to replace similar light filtering shades from another company. The shades were reasonably priced, arrived on time and fit correctly. However I'm unimpressed with their overall quality. Three things bother me about the blinds:
1) they are extremely noisy when being raised or lowered
2) they need to be adjusted for level every time they are raised or lowered
3) inside the upper housing, there is a string that appears to move as the blinds are raised or lowered. Since the string rubs against parts in the housing, it is likely it will eventually break.
I don't think I'd buy these again.
