Matt was personable and professional. He came on the same day as our call and conducted a thorough examination of the problem area. Then he removed some damp insulation and told us how to proceed to dry out the area. There was no other work needed. We recommend this company.

My experience with Rainbow was excellent! The technicians were punctual, courteous, mannerly and professional. Service performed was top notch and very affordable. I would recommend Rainbow International's services without hesitation. I would personally use Rainbow again @ anytime I was in need of their services. They have cleaned my carpets in my home as well as the my business. I was very impressed with Rainbow International Gadsden.

Nathan was very quick to come out and give us an estimate. Unlike all the other companies that came out, he did not charge us hundreds of dollars just for an estimate. It was free. He was very nice, easy to talk to, didn't push anything "extra" on us or use any scare tactics. He had it drawn up and sent to my email that same day or the very next- either way it was fast. His was the lowest quote we got but also he seemed the most knowledgable about what needed to be done. I believe in "you get what you pay for" and I never just go with the lowest quote but this time we got really lucky with Rainbow. Honestly, Nathan's knowledge and good attitude was what drew us to them over all the others.
They were able to start the job within just a few days and an entire group of people showed up and got to work. They installed air scrubbers and vented the air to the outside, and Nathan even threw in an air scrubber for our upstairs living area at no charge after I told him how worried I was that the baby might be breathing all the stirred up mold. They pulled all of our belongings outside and cleaned them by hand, and informed us as to what they thought could not be salvaged and made sure it was okay to discard the ruined items. They removed the wet and soiled insulation.
They HEPA vacuumed the entire ceiling and all of the joists of the crawl space which I believe is about 1750 sq. ft.. Then they cleaned it off by hand afterwards with rags and a mold killing solution. After that was all done they sprayed all the wood to seal it to help prevent any re-growth. They then replaced all the insulation and the vapor barrier and got rid of any remaining trash.

I didn't get a chance to meet everyone who was working on the job but the ones I met were very friendly.
I hope this never ever happens to us again (the mold was a result of a bad leak from above) but if it does I will call Rainbow and deal only with them. I know they also do a variety of other types of work and I would trust them to do whatever was needing done.


Above all, having this kind of problem going on in your home is super stressful and having companies bombard you with super high estimates, a lot of it for work that was not necessary at all, just adds to the stress. I knew right away when Rainbow arrived with their big truck and got to work that we made the right choice and could finally relax.

I only needed some water damage repairs done but would certainly use them if I had fire or smoke damage. They also do mold treatment. I asked Lisa about carpet cleaning and help with old, dirty grout in the bathroom after I saw on their brochure that they do that also. I hope to get that done before the holidays and will report back on that also!

FANTASTIC! We were looking for a solution to the odor, dander, hair and dirt in the garage and someone referred us to Kelly at Rainbow. He was fantastic answered our call immediately and was able to come to our new home today (the very next morning) and get started which was fantastic because we had a real time line issue with moving in this weekend. The quality of work performed was excellent and on time, can't say enough, everything about the experience was 1st Class - definitely on my recommended list and I'll call again if I ever have a need!
