Adam and Eugene helped us design the irrigation and landscaping around a variety of limitations: what we like, our limited budget, what grew well based in each bed (based on shade/sun), etc. They communicated well with us, kept us up-to-date on timeframes and schedule, and did excellent work. As with any project, we did run into a few issues through the process, but they were responsive to our concerns and quick to address them. More than anything, though, I appreciated Adam and his team's flexibility. We were somewhat designing the project as it progressed and naturally evolved (e.g. we didn't know exactly what our options we be in our back and side beds until we removed everything), and they were helpful in educating us on plant and other options as we went, always keeping in mind our budget. They took his crane and equipment and went to work. Got everything done right on time and budget. When he was done, others needed help in the neighborhood and he helped them free of charge. His employees are awesome and aren't your typical snaggle toothed tree guys. They are young studs just doing what they love. He uses top notch equipment and has a great demeanor about him so he's really easy to deal with and a straight shooter. Thanks ACE!!!

It was terribly eroded, little to no grass and there was virtually no sun light because of the trees. With this being a very expensive project, I took the time to get a number of quotes. The day I met with Adam, I knew he was the one I was going to with because I felt very comfortable in discussing the project with him. The one thing about Adam is that he's responsive, which seems to be a problem in his industry. I had reached out to multiple companies and it took an act of congress to get them to respond, which was extremely frustrating. Adam was always responsive and when there were weather delays, Adam would always call me and let me know he wasn't coming out. The theme here is that his communication skills were excellent! I am amazed at the work he did and how he has transformed my disaster of a backyard into stunning and gorgeous landscape. It's nice to have friends over and not be embarrassed by our backyard anymore. The backyard now looks like something you'd see in a magazine and that's because of his quality workmanship. I highly recommend Myers Landscapes

The crew showed up on time on the day we'd agreed for them to start the project and they were communicative with us throughout the first day. "I had used this company four times over the last 2 years. The first time they were quick to respond. They repaired the issue with the AC unit in 15 minutes. I was impressed. The second time I was not impressed . I seemed to get the run around as soon as they realized the property was under a home warranty. It took almost a week to get the repairs done. This required replacing the entire inside unit of the AC. Part of the problem was waiting on the warranty company to authorize the work.( Not their fault.) The other problem was the company would NOT answer my calls or return my calls when I was trying to schedule the job after they had the go ahead from the warranty company. This was very frustrating! The third time I used them in Dec 2014 , they again responded quickly. It was an outside wiring issue the repairman found immediately. I used them again in May 2015. The repairman did not show up at 9 am as scheduled. They did reschedule for 5:30 that afternoon. Again, it was a problem with the outside wires. ( We suspect an animal is chewing the wires or the lawn crew is cutting them while weed eating.) Another problem with the AC came up in June 2015. I called the office & managers' cell phone 4 times in one day & did not get an answer or a call back. They already knew at the May repair the property was not no longer under the home warranty & I would be paying for the repair myself.After not getting a call back all that day or the next morning, in the afternoon I signed up on Angie's List & found another AC repairman. He was at the condo in 30 minutes & quickly diagnosed the problem. & repaired it. The NEXT day, Cahaba Contractors called me about my needed repair! Called me by the wrong name & offered NO explanation as to why they had not answered any of my calls or messages the day before!. If you are too busy to answer the phone , you probably don't need my business. I can understand a family emergency or something similar, but to just ignore your customer, and a repeat customer at that , is not acceptable to me. They were only timely 50% of the time . I will not use them again.
