We have used cooks for many years. The past 4 month I have has problem with the technician that comes out to perform the services. The technician does not do the thing he list on your bill, but is billing me for services. I call and asked for a new technician never got one. I call as asked to speak to the Manager he never called me back. I call again I was told that an email was sent to the Manager with my phone number and name and I still never got a call. I call again an told them not to sent the same technician to my house but they still schedule him to come out. I called that day to cancel my contract that how I found out that they were still going to send the same technician back. I cancel my contract that day. On the visit in question 7/20/22 my neighbor saw the technician from cooks setting in the truck and never got out to do the service that I paid him for. On the bill he stated and I quote " I swept the eaves windows and doors to remove webs and wasp nests (they were still there when I came home) "Also I inspected, cleaned and baited the ant stations around your home." (The ant stations were dry) Please see the attachment document

I RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL FROM THE SALES PERSON WITHIN HOURS OF PLACING MY INITIAL CALL. SHE ASKED FOR DETAILS OF THE PROBLEM AND DISCUSSED WHAT WOULD BE DONE TO DEAL WITH THE PEST PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING. WE WERE TOLD THE SERVICE REP WOULD CONTACT US TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, AND HE DID SO WITHIN 24 HOURS. HE SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT AND WAS ON TIME (IN FACT, A LITTLE EARLY). HE PUT BOOTIES OVER HIS SHOES FOR THE INSIDE WORK. KIM WAS POLITE AND TOLD US TO CALL IF WE HAD ANY FURTHER INCIDENTS PRIOR TO OUR NEXT REGULAR MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT. TO DATE, WE HAVE NOT HAD TO CALL THEM BACK

In the beginning, we had a large infestation of roaches. They worked with us, and really worked the house (particularly the kitchen) for several months until all the large roaches were gone. I just went with Mr Bugg's. They were very good, a good experience with them, kind of worked with, they are our bug people. They were on time. They worked with me when I had some scheduling conflicts. They were very helpful. The guys who came out were really good. They took out all the specific things that I mentioned that had problems. They were really attentive to make sure they got it taken care of. As far as I can tell they just have like one lady that answers the phone and every time I call she has been very helpful and look through the schedule and gets back to me to see if she can find the right thing for me. I would probably give them 'A's all around. I don't know anything that I was dissatisfied with. I am planning to use them again

They come on time when they say they will come. They were pretty professional and they always clean up after themselves. They are doing a good job. It is the same price no matter how many times they have to come. The price is reasonable considering how many times they will come.

They are specialist in parasite and termite control. We don't have any bugs or termites. The cost is a little higher, but their warranty is good. We don't call them, they call us. We are on their schedule to come every so often, so they call us to schedule the appointment. They always arrive in the time they say they will. I have a contract with them for years to come
