"We first contacted them about a few months ago. They came out and set some traps and we never really got anything. So we went ahead with the second plan which cost us about $1000 to get stuff put up all over the house, but we still have critters. The price for putting up flashing in between the roof and the siding of the house is $1100. They have been pretty responsive except for once when they didn't come for a couple of days when I contacted them. They are punctual, as they come when they say that they are going to come. Most of the guys have been pretty professional. I have to wait and see as to how it turns out. I would continue to use their services in the future too."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
