Critter Control of Birmingham

I’m using them currently.  They charge $295 initially and then $65 every month.  They are fine.  They are a little expensive.  I would continue to use them in the future.       

It went very well.  They got rid of the noisy little monsters, repaired the eaves and painted everything.   They saved me a bit of money by using paint I already had.  It was supposed to be a one day job, but ran into a second day -- no problem, though.  The second day was just finishing up the painting. 

They were very good. They did a fine job. I rate them high overall. I will use them again in the future.

They are excellent and they did a great job.  We had a board that had got loose.  But we had got it fixed.  However, it was not done properly and they got it all fixed right.  They did a lot of work.  They sealed the entire roof line, removed the bats and birds and sealed up holes.  They came quickly and were very professional.  They explained everything.  They followed up and came back for two days to do all the job.  We were very pleased with them.  They came when they said they would.

They were very good and I liked their service. My experience with them was very good and I would use them again in the future. I would recommend them to the other members. Their service person was very nice. He was very patient and explained everything to me. He came exactly when he said that he would come. He called me once when he was going to be late and we worked it out.

We first contacted them about a few months ago. They came out and set some traps and we never really got anything. So we went ahead with the second plan which cost us about $1000 to get stuff put up all over the house, but we still have critters. So, now they have done the last thing that they said that they could do. It is still covered because they said that it would guarantee the price that we agreed for a year. I felt that it should have been 3 years for that price. One thing that I wasn't real happy about was that there was a little bit of over sale of what they could do when I made my original contact with them. We were hearing noises in between the walls of our house and not only in the attic. They told me that they knew exactly what was going on in my house when I called them, but they said that they couldn't make out what was going on when they came out. So, we are waiting to see as to what the process is and we have decided to pay a part of the money until our house becomes free from critters. They are currently in my house doing the work and they keep coming back when I call. We have already paid them $350 for the first contact. The price for putting up flashing in between the roof and the siding of the house is $1100. They have been pretty responsive except for once when they didn't come for a couple of days when I contacted them. They are punctual, as they come when they say that they are going to come. Most of the guys have been pretty professional. I have to wait and see as to how it turns out. I would continue to use their services in the future too.

It has been going fine. They seem to be courteous and show up when I expect them to be there. If they cannot be there, they will call and let me know in advance. They use eco-friendly products as well; that we appreciate very much.

Overall the rep was very professional & knowledgeable, but apologized for the backlog in getting the holes plugged up. That part, in my opinion, is inexcusable. All it would take is for the owner to hire more people.

Very professional and humane job. A representative stopped by everyday to check the traps and remove the squirrels as they were caught. Representative also provided excellent advice and repair solutions to exclude squirrels from the house in the future.

They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about this nasty infestation we have had in our area. The steps they took have done a good job of controlling the problem with these nasty rodents. I would definitely recommend these guys a good line of defense against roof rats.

Home was inspected, traps set. Rat disposed of and waited for others for a month. Afterwards house was sealed around gutters and all points of entry. Work is guaranteed for 3 years. See above for more detail
