I was so happy with Mr. Peffer's work and professionalism. He helped me with the process of selecting a new bath and toilet to fit my needs and style, and gave great advice about fixtures and tiles. I didn't even have to pick anything up; he would run to the supply store or home depot to get whatever I ordered. He and his associates (electrician, tile guy, plumber, painter, glass guy) were prompt and made the whole process easy. The entire remodel was done in just over two weeks, one week of which I was out of town anyway. Mr. Peffer stayed under budget and transformed my bathroom from dated to upscale.

We had heard the horror stories about contractors who promise a lot and deliver a little and then late. Mr. Peffer and his crew were prompt every day they were on the project and worked straight through until it was complete. They were professional, courteous, paid attention to detail and performed wonderfully in every way. I did some of our kitchen renovation work myself and Mr. Peffer gave my good advice on each portion I did and was very helpful to me personally. I would not hesitate to recommend Peffer Construction to anyone who needs a renovation. If I could give them ten stars, I would.

Mr Peffer and his team remodeled 5 bathrooms for us. They did an outstanding job - great attention to detail. They followed our plan but also made great suggestions to make the overall result even better. They took great care in cleaning up at the end of each day. They were very careful in all respects. Mr. Peffer was a true professional. In a world where many contractors donâ t show when they say, add costs as much as possible, and sometimes do poor work, Peffer Construction was the complete opposite. Any time a problem occurred it was corrected and scheduling problems were communicated as quickly as possible and resolved. All of the subcontractors were also good. Suggestions were offered as to how to save costs and resolve existing problems. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The cost was significantly less than others I priced and final cost was just as originally discussed. Everything was not perfect, but I was very happy with the end result. I would not hesitate to use Peffer Construction again. My project was the remodel of two full bathrooms.

Our existing laundry/bathroom was very small so I had Wayne and his crew expand the bathroom and relocate our laundry room. Once my wife picked out colors, vanity, fixtures and layout Peffer Const. began the demo and the job went pretty smooth. The COVID-19 virus caused some minor snags which weren't Wayne's fault. We ended up very close to budget which made me happy and the job looks great which makes my wife happy. I would recommend Wayne and his company to anyone wanting quality work and a fair price.

I had Peffer Construction do a remodel on a condo purchase. I live 3 states away, and Wayne kept me informed every step of the way. His work is excellent, and Wayne is a very honest person. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work, and would recommend Wayne without hesitation.
