He used some unused paint that he had on hand to prime coat some of the rooms, thus saving me money. They repainted when I chose a color that I later didn't like, with a minimum of eye rolling. Roman also replaced a major deck support that had rotted underground and had cracked just above the ground. Pleasure to deal with them. Work was not inexpensive but worth the price."
