This has been an absolute disaster from the word go. We were told they would fix any facer boards that need replaced before the new gutter were installed and they would be maintenance free. Well after about 3 months one of the gutters pulled loose from the house. Then after they fixed that one of the upstairs downspouts wasn’t even hitting in the lower gutter. They came and fixed that now we have another one that isn’t hitting in the lower gutter and is dumping water on our deck and rotting our wood. You would think for $17.000 this would be absolutely perfect not so. I wish we had never used them and I’m so over them not returning calls that we are going to report them to the better business bureau for theft of $17,000 and work not fixed.

They showed up quickly to give estimate and take deposit. There were 2 no-shows for the install. Each time I called and got an excuse that all of their gutters had been damaged in shipping -- twice. Though this was later corrected to be that one time the scrap yard hauled away all of the gutters. After they finally showed up they did a decent job, though there was a leak when it rained 3 days later. 2 Weeks after continued promises to fix it they again have failed to show up when promised for scheduled appointment. When you try to get a manager, no one seems to know who that is but they will send an email and have someone contact you. But they never do.
