Good Christian people, that we felt safe to have in our home when we had to leave to run errands. The quality of the work, and attention to detail was â off the chart.â We had been dealing with leak issues for 20 years, until these guys came in, determined to solve the problem.

The entire work project was handled in a very professional manner. From the initial contact and job estimate appointment, the work itself, the additional work I requested, the photo documentation to the final invoicing was all completed in a professional manner and on time.

Work included coordinating with another contractor to ensure proper transition between main roof and roof of pool patio to ensure that there was no leakage into home at joint between metal roofing and shingle roofing. Dunaway provided information for connecting joint installation and worked well with the contractor performing the pool patio roof work. Dunaway also provided photos and information for addressing issues raised by home insurance provider at no extra cost. Great company to work with.

Quick, high quality work! Previously, I used Dunaway in 2021 to complete repairs to fix a leak. These repairs were completed on time and with such a high quality that an inspector later commented on how well the repairs were performed. In April of 2024, I needed several repairs completed quickly and a new roof to close on a home. Dunaway completed all of the repairs including a new roof, trim repairs and replacement, gutter replacement, and exterior door replacement (along with painting repairs) very quickly. The repairs were excellent. Throughout the process, they were excellent at communicating with me, answering questions, showing me work and issues, and completing everything I needed to close on time by working sunup to sundown. The owner and his wife along with all of their employees are friendly and respectful; they were great about cleaning up and leaving the site looking acceptable for my neighbors and HOA each day during the progress and at the end of the job. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

I went on ANGI looking for someone to repair my metal roof, this company responded quickly to give a quote that same day. They explained to me what the problem was along with how they would repair & quoted a great price. Before giving this review I waited for several storms to come through to make sure their work would keep the rain out & it did.

Took before and after pics and video. Was on time and gave good price for the work. Did not mess around. Blew roof and deck off after work. Would hire again.
