I recently had a mold inspection done at my home by Green Home Solutions and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very first contact with Alissa, the customer service was top-notch — she was so polite, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She was happy to answer the several questions I had prior to scheduling and I was quickly impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Alissa scheduled my inspection promptly, which I really appreciated. Both Alissa and Brian showed a high level of professionalism and reliability throughout the entire process. Their industry expertise was evident in how they conducted the inspection, explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions with patience. I was especially impressed with Brian’s quality work and attention to detail. He didn’t miss a thing and made sure to check all the possible problem areas. They also use organic, plant-based, and non-toxic products, which was a big win for me and my family’s health. Their pricing was fair and transparent — no surprises or hidden fees. After the inspection, they provided a helpful and thorough follow-up and inspection review, breaking down the results and walking me through the next steps. The end result was a clear plan of action, and I now feel confident that the problem is resolved. It can be hard to find companies you can truly rely on, but this one is absolutely trustworthy. Highly recommended!

My experience with Green home solutions was excellent from start to finish. They were kind, courteous, professional, and did amazing work. They were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule as we had a bit of an emergency situation. The moisture testing was thorough and the report we received was very detailed. The report provided pictures for evidence of moisture, and also had a detailed plan for remediation. I am a Realtor and will only be recommending this company in the future.

I’m so SO thankful our family found Green Home Solutions! TRUST is a big deal… it’s very hard to come by these days & after working with Green Home on 2 separate personal homes & a rental home, I trust them completely! They really helped us when we were struggling to find someone we could trust. And we felt better after Green Home finished! Brian has always been so patient, so accommodating, gracious & FAST to respond when we needed something quickly. They have demonstrated over & over, that they ACTUALLY care about our family. Our situation was somewhat unique in that we have a historical home (with plaster walls)– so there were some additional complexities & building restrictions with our home. Other companies had not been able to identify the root cause, but GREEN HOME did and they educated us on what was causing the problems & presented actual solutions, to ensure our home was safe for our family. Their process took a holistic approach to the overall health of the home, instead of just band-aids. It was refreshing that they were willing to partner with other professionals (when they didn't have to), to ensure the repairs & remediation were completed in the absolute best way! I had Green Home out for a Professional Inspection of my crawl space, as I had some concerns about humidity and occasional ground water under our home. Brian performed a very thorough assessment of the crawlspace & gave me some great tips/advice about my current dehumidifier & exhaust fan. He simply advised me to reposition our existing dehumidifier and slow the speed on the exhaust fan. He did not try to sell me something I didn't need but rather advised me of a couple things that I could do on my own without trying to create work for himself and a running up an avoidable expense for our family. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. I strongly recommend this company if you need a mold inspection or Indoor Air inspection, and you're looking for honesty, integrity & non-toxic products.

When I discovered mold in my home, I was frightened. Since I have asthma and COPD and am in my 80's, I knew that whatever I did could not contain chemicals. After my AC people installed a total house dehumidifier the problem improved some, but the mold was throughout the house house and needed to be cleaned. Green Home Solutions to the rescue! They sent a trained inspector to determine exactly what was needed. The team was sent out quickly to work. Using plant based supplies they cleaned everything - walls, floors, cabinets and drawers, being extremely respectful of my belongings. Professional, reliable, friendly, courteous, and helpful only begin to describe GHS. All types of business companies should strive to provide the kind of service that I received. INCREDIBLE! Working with Green Home Solutions of Middle TN was truly one of those "WOW" experiences! Due to a leak in my trucks' tail-light, it had developed a serious mold situation inside on the fabric, the carpet, seat belts & even speakers. After a great call with L.J., she scheduled me with Brian - he came out super quickly, inspected my truck, advised me on my options & sent over a quote the next day. Smooth process from start to finish - Great communication too - they sent updates via text. He also ordered & replaced the cabin filter at his expense (which he did not have to take the time to do) - The "before & after" photos are unbelievable! Total "above & beyond" experience from start to finish! These people are the REAL DEAL - super glad I found them. If you're in Middle TN & need mold removed safely & want good people who get it done right, these are your people!
