Extremely unsatisfied After they started putting duck in on my new house I liked to have never got them back after several phone calls and having to show up at their office I finally got a call from Brad stating he was leaving on a cruise for a week and he would be at my home right after he returned.. yeah that didn’t happen either and now one of my units are not working and after 4 days with no response Brad Roberson had the audacity to tell me he had been working his a$$ off and he was working on peoples that had no a/c at all. I could care less about anybody else’s problems that my unit was still under warranty and it needed to be repaired and he sure blew it with me. I would never recommend Apex Heat and Air

They always do great work. We used them for installation 20 years ago so they have been in business for a while. They are punctual and give good advice on your system.

They showed up and disconneted old system, but did not finish the job the first day. They were to return within the following week to finishing making duct connections, but never did. They would not return my calls or messages to finish the service. I was left without A/C!!!! I had to finish connecting the system myself and get another contractor to test and balance the system. Horrible service.

They came in, did their thing and left. They were good and had it done in no time. I will use them again in the future.
