"Jake was the fifth or sixth contractor who I had to evaluate my lawn for solving the drainage problem in my lawn. Most others talked a great game but failed to respond after they came to my home to perform the estimate. Jake was timely in conducting my estimate and he started in the timeframe we agreed to.
