"Green Matters is either too busy or understaffed. It took MONTHS for the work to be done. Further, while eventually the work was mostly completed, to include replacement of SOME of the plants that did not survive, there is still remaining “warranty” work that I have simply given up on being done. So, I am very disappointed, but there is more work I would like to have done, and would give Green Matters another chance IF very firm, inforceable commitments were made.
