"Samuel was an excellent person to work with. His crew were on time, they did an outstanding job. They cleaned up everything. Samuel was there with his crew the majority of the time making sure everything we spoke about was done! His price to replace, the roof, all the boards around and under the roof and paint was lower than other estimates I got to just replace my roof. "I bought a deal from Angie's list. The technician did good job to clean, maintain and inspect the roof. He found a small leak on the roof and told me they will come back to fix the leak for $268. They will come to fix the problem tomorrow.

"I gave them a B for price because the cost of the job was exactly what they gave me as an estimate. The estimate was $500 and that was the bill. Now, if I got a cost breakdown detailing hours of labor and materials used and those two things came exactly to $500 that would be ok but I got a bill for exactly $500 which matched the estimate. I've never has a contractor bill match what they gave as the estimate."
