"The carpets look great. I am really pleased. The house was left with a nice fresh smell. I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will hire them again the next time I need carpets or tile cleaned. The price was a bargain for the amount of carpet cleaned and the result."

"He cancelled 2x and I  cancelled once, but we finally got the job done. My husband is upset because some of the dirty water and mud came into the screened room. I didn't have a problem with it because I anticipated it.  I will just wait until it dries and try to clean it myself."
