"Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. So, I am glad I called W B."

"My AC stopped working.  I called and they were out later in the day.  My ac compressor had failed.  It was beyond the 1yr labor guarantee but well within the 10 year parts guarantee. He said he would return the next morning.  He did and installed the new compressor and it was working by 10AM.  I had to pay for the labor and new freon but not the cost of the new compressor ($950) which was under warranty.
