I have 2 full time employees. First Time Weekly or Semi-monthly Customers would require payment when job is complete. Contracts could be paid monthly after six visits. I also have a lot of "One Time" Customers who just need help with one certain project like Holiday Decorating. That's how my business grew because those people called back every year and the Housecleaning was strictly "Word of Mouth" advertising from pleased Customers. My Customers have certainly "Paid it Forward" for me and my family. I live my life by that rule. I give FREE quotes onsite if they are within a 20 mile distance of my office. More than 20 miles away, I would have to charge $10.00 and that is ONLY because of Gas Prices. Another way to do quotes that are more than 20 miles away is by pictures on the internet.
