I also have a lot of "One Time" Customers who just need help with one certain project like Holiday Decorating. That's how my business grew because those people called back every year and the Housecleaning was strictly "Word of Mouth" advertising from pleased Customers. My Customers have certainly "Paid it Forward" for me and my family. I live my life by that rule. I give FREE quotes onsite if they are within a 20 mile distance of my office.
