They took pictures of the issues before the work and then after to ensure that I was happy with what was done (which certainly saved me from having to climb high ladder to check). During the repair, they discovered a location where squirrels had been entering my attic that I had been unable to locate. They patched the area and we've been squirrel-free ever since! They even worked well after dark to make sure the work was done before the next rain. And finally, they stand behind their work. In one area, a heavy rain showed a small issue with the gutter. They came back out - with no extra charge - to make sure the gutter worked properly. We've had a few rains since they completed the work and the gutters have worked wonderfully!
